Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 15 mushrooms
  • 200 g of breadcrumbs
  • 200 g of grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 peeled and chopped garlic cloves

Manufacturing

  • You will need a bowl where you mix all the ingredients together.
  • First add the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, garlic, parsley and oil to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Open the mushrooms by removing the stems from them so you can fill them with the mixture you just made.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms in an ovenproof dish and bake at 200ºC for 15 minutes.
  • When the required time has elapsed, allow the mushrooms to stand for a moment at room temperature.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 500 g of mushrooms
  • 50 g almonds
  • 2 chopped parsley sprigs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 230 ml of white wine
  • 4 peeled and chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red pepper

Instructions

  • Grind the garlic, almonds and parsley well in a mortar.
  • Sauté the onions in a frying pan with salt in a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Add the mushrooms to the same pan and fry for 2 minutes. Just before taking off the stove, add the peppers and let them fry with the other ingredients.
  • Add the wine to the mixture and let it cook.
  • When the wine is almost dry, add the contents of the mortar.
  • Let cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

3. Mushrooms in white wine

  • Keep the stove on medium heat.
  • Add the cream when the contents of the pan are well mixed.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes.
