  • First boil the water and when it boils, add the mint and green tea.

  • 10 dl of lukewarm water
  • Natural sweetener to taste (optional)

  • First put the water in the jug and add the mint leaves to it.

  • 15 fresh mint leaves
  • 2.5 dl of water

Manufacturing

  • Boil water first. When it boils, add the mint.
  • Then bring to the boil for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover the pan and allow to cool.
  • Finally strain the mint tea and store in the refrigerator. Use as needed.
